The Bühler-Hof farm, a listed building, lies at 900 m altitude. In the past, cows are what used to make this place so special; now, it’s fruit, from apples to the most diverse range of berries. They are tended all year round until they ripen; then, the sun-kissed large fruits are handpicked and processed carefully by Hannes and Sybille Platter. The farm has over 40 products: fruit spreads, juices, and aromatic vinegars. They’re produced without any additional colourants or preservatives and stand out for their high quality and genuine nature. Indeed, the fruit juices are 100% sugar-free and the fruit spreads contain a good 70% fruit. This genuine flavour shines through from the very first moment you taste it, reminding you of the goodness of homemade products.
In the time being, the products have become well known even outside South Tyrol. You can find them on the shelves of selected delicatessen and on the breakfast buffet tables of top-notch hotels.
