Föranerhof
The farm “Föranerhof” is situated at Unterinn, a fraction of the Ritten plateau, at nearly 800 m above sea level.
Since 1990 the family produces flowers and plantlets for garden and balcony in the small gardencentre. Beginning with the year 2000 we participate at the local farmers’ market at Klobenstein, another village of Ritten. The farm is managed by the family Mittelberger: Verena and Toni, together with their son Franz work in the company.
Already the grandparents produced vine. Today two different types of white vine and two varieties of red vine are grown. In addition, a lot of different fruits and berries are cultivated in the farm, with those fruits a broad range of jam and syrup is produced.
We dry apple, pear and plum and produce a healthy fruit snack. Dried pears are very typical and used for fillings in pastry.
